Then look no further than the Jawa Sirocco. Since taking on the brand some 18 months ago, owners John and Karen have really taken the Sirocco to the next level.
According to John, they have made a total of 87 changes based on customer feedback which has taken it from a basic Hybrid to now winning 2020 Camper Trailer of the Year.
Every time I see the Sirocco it continues to amaze me how much is packed into this exceptional well decked out camper trailer. They make no compromises on quality, comfort or durability.
John said that when they were looking to make the changes it was very important for the brand to pay particular attention to the level of detail and ensure the quality of the end product was second to none and a genuine drawcard.
In a very competitive market, John and Karen have quickly taken the JAWA brand to the next level and it has been very well received with the level of enquiries going through the roof.
When this pop-top is closed down it’s hard to believe there is so much to this camper with so many extras and it’s all standard. Yes, that’s right it’s all-inclusive.

At first glance, this is an impressive camper that looks like it can take on anything the great Australian outback will throw at it, without compromising on the creature comforts. As Karen told me “the external kitchen is a real feature and I love the fact It can be used in all weather conditions. And as for storage, every conceivable space is cleverly used so you can fit in all you will ever need”.
It just amazes me for the size of the camper it has an enormous amount of easy to get to storage.
In chatting with John, I learned he has taken the view to add all the extras to the stock models and leave little that could be added or changed. He says, the optional switch controlled air-bag assisted roof makes it so easy and is becoming a very popular option.
Since winning the Camper of the year, the Sirocco has seen a huge amount of interest from those serious about doing off-road in style with sustainable off-grid capabilities.
The Sirocco is well fitted out and ready for adventure. The impressive 15 footer really is a head-turner with massive checker plating, rock sliders, external speakers, a very practical 4 burner slide-out kitchen, easy access storage, stone guard, dual jockey wheel, stone guard, security door, ample external lighting and even a lit entry grab handle. The list goes on!
The internal space is well designed and can be either a camper for 2 or can sleep the family of 5 and all indoors. The quality of the cabinetry and attention to detail is yet another stand out.
There are three 100Ah AGM batteries positioned under the internal sink cupboard, and they’re fed from two 150 watt solar panels on the roof that are interfaced with a Projecta 35 amp charger. If you have access to 240V then you will have no problems with multiple outlets available.
The Sirocco itself is only one of several campers that Jawa offer and all are equally fitted out with quality being the key. Both John and Karen have their say in the final construction and say practicality as well as aesthetics are both equally important considerations.
Hybrids have been the shining beacon for the Jawa brand and if the Sirocco does not float your boat then you have another 5 different models to look at. Each is unique and ready to hit the road.
For warranty and after-sales service, you will get a fantastic 5 year structural warranty and 2 years on the remainder of the camper. This in itself is a testament to the belief Jawa have in the camper.
Both John and Karen now have the family working with them here at the dealership, making it a real family affair. Their daughter Emma and her husband, Scott are now part of the team. As well as their son, Matt.
You will not be disappointed in adding the Sirocco or any of the Jawa models to your shopping list.

Hi I use Toyota Corolla LE 2015. The type of oil on the oil cap is 0W-20. I have been advised to change the oil to 5W-40 which suit the temperature in Ghana. please can you advise on the type of oil to use in a hot temperature country. Thank you
